When you send an appointment request or enquiry through our form, we receive:

• your full name and phone number;
• your email address, if you choose to give it;
• the service you are interested in;
• any message you choose to write.

Please do not include detailed medical information in the form. We will ask for what we need when we speak with you.

Like most websites, our server may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

We use the details you send us to:

• reply to your enquiry;
• contact you to confirm availability and arrange an appointment.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

We only share information with the services we need to run the website and answer you:

• our email and website hosting providers, which deliver your request to us;
• Google, if you use the map on our Contact page (see “Cookies and third parties”);
• WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to those conversations;

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and for any longer period the law or professional record-keeping rules require.

This website does not currently use advertising or analytics tools. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google and may set its own cookies and collect information under Google’s privacy policy.
